Vantage · Shop Floor Monitoring

The Reading Is Stale Before It's Logged

Vantage, our shop floor monitoring prototype, tracks noise, heat, humidity, and air quality across your floor in real time, instead of someone walking the floor with a meter and logging it into a spreadsheet by hand.

01The Problem

A Meter, a Clipboard, and a Gap Between Rounds

Right now, tracking noise, heat, humidity, and air quality on your shop floor means someone walking the floor with a meter, taking a reading, and going back to log it into a spreadsheet by hand. That reading is stale the moment it's written down. If a zone crosses a safety threshold or a machine starts running hot between rounds, nobody finds out until the next walk, or until it's already a problem.

What Live Data Tells You

What Live Floor Data Actually Tells You

Low-cost, low-power sensors placed throughout your floor collect noise, heat, humidity, and air-quality data continuously and check it against OSHA exposure limits automatically. When a reading moves out of range, you know immediately instead of at the next scheduled round.

That same data does more than support safety. Shifts in temperature and humidity are often the earliest sign a machine is heading toward failure, so the same readings that protect your people can flag equipment risk before it costs you a shift.

How to Think About It

We'd Rather Show You Than Sell You

Vantage is an early working prototype, and we're honest about that. We're looking for a small number of shops to build it out with as design partners, not customers buying a finished product off a shelf.

Most shops we talk to are doing one of two things: manual OSHA readings that eat up staff time and still leave gaps between rounds, or no tracking at all until an inspection or an incident forces the issue. Either way, it starts as a conversation about what your floor actually needs monitored and where the sensors would go.

One honest question worth asking first: do you need environmental monitoring, or do you need your ERP sorted out first? For a lot of shops it's the second one. We'll tell you which we think it is.
